Onboarding and Video Tutorials

We recognise that most new users prefer to be guided in the early stages of using an unfamiliar product, which is why SECTARA is equipped with step-by-step guidance in all key areas to help with the onboarding process.

A welcome message and steps will appear for all users logging into SECTARA for the first time. Once it has been dismissed it is available on demand by clicking on the orange icon/button at bottom right of screen.

The guide is context-relevant, meaning that it has different instructions for different pages that you are on. The majority of help is video-based, which enables you to skip ahead if you think you don’t need to watch the whole video.
